Lifetime Deal Terms of Service

These Lifetime Deal Terms of Service ("LTD Terms") apply specifically to purchasers of a Peeker Lifetime Deal ("LTD"). These terms supplement and, where applicable, supersede the general Terms of Service for matters relating to LTD purchases.

By purchasing an LTD, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these LTD Terms.

A Lifetime Deal ("LTD") grants you access to Peeker's Services for the lifetime of the product, subject to the terms outlined herein. "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifespan of the Peeker product and does not guarantee perpetual access.

The LTD provides access to the features and usage limits specified at the time of purchase. Future features may or may not be included at Peeker's discretion.

30-Day Full Refund Window

LTD purchasers are entitled to a FULL refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. No questions asked. To request a refund during this period, contact conrad@peeker.ai with your purchase details. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

After 30 Days: No Refunds

After the 30-day refund window has closed, absolutely no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy is strictly enforced without exception.

• Refund requests made after 30 days will be declined.
• Partial refunds are not available after the 30-day window.
• Credit card chargebacks initiated after the refund window may result in immediate account termination.

By purchasing an LTD, you acknowledge and accept the following:

Early-Stage Software

Peeker is actively developing and improving its platform. As with any evolving software product, you may encounter bugs, unexpected behavior, or temporary service interruptions. These are a normal part of software development and do not constitute grounds for a refund after the 30-day window.

Feature Development

Features and functionality may be added, modified, or removed over time as the product evolves. While we strive to maintain and improve core functionality, specific features are not guaranteed in perpetuity.

Limited Support

LTD customers receive standard support via email and Slack. However, support resources are limited, and response times may vary. Priority support is not guaranteed for LTD holders.

• Support is provided on a best-effort basis.
• Complex issues may require extended resolution times.
• Feature requests from LTD customers are considered but may not be prioritized over active subscription customers.

Refunds will NOT be issued for the following reasons after the 30-day window:

• Bugs, errors, or unexpected software behavior;
• Features not meeting your expectations;
• Changes to features or functionality;
• Limited or delayed support responses;
• Service interruptions for maintenance or updates;
• Incompatibility with your specific use case or workflow;
• Changes to your business needs or circumstances.

Exception: Development Cessation

The only exception to the no-refund policy is in the event of a complete and permanent cessation of Peeker's development and operations. If Peeker permanently discontinues the product and shuts down all services without providing a successor product or migration path, affected LTD customers may be eligible for a prorated refund at Peeker's sole discretion.

"Cessation of development" does not include temporary pauses, reduced update frequency, pivots in product direction, or transitions to maintenance mode. Active development is defined as meaningful product updates at least once per calendar year.

Your LTD includes the usage limits specified at the time of purchase. These limits are subject to fair use policies designed to prevent abuse.

• Exceeding fair use limits may result in temporary throttling or restrictions.
• Peeker reserves the right to modify usage limits with at least thirty (30) days notice.
• Commercial resale or redistribution of LTD access is strictly prohibited.

LTD licenses are non-transferable and are bound to the original purchaser's account. Transfer of the LTD to another individual or entity is not permitted without Peeker's written consent.

All other provisions of the general Terms of Service apply to LTD customers, including but not limited to sections on Acceptable Use, Data Ownership, Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law. In the event of a conflict between these LTD Terms and the general Terms of Service, these LTD Terms shall prevail for LTD-specific matters.

Peeker reserves the right to modify these LTD Terms at any time. If we make material changes that affect your rights, we will provide notice via email at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you may request a refund during the notice period, regardless of how long you have held the LTD.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of Peeker's assets, your LTD license will be transferred to the successor entity. The successor will be bound by these LTD Terms and will honor your lifetime access, subject to the terms herein.

If a successor entity chooses not to honor LTD licenses, affected customers will be offered either (a) a prorated refund based on reasonable usage or (b) a transition to an equivalent subscription plan at no additional cost for a minimum of twelve (12) months.
