What is deliverability tracking?

Deliverability tracking allows you to track whether your domain and sending inboxes are healthy, underperforming, or burned. We use a combination of historical and recent reply rate data per domain along with some formulas to accurately identify whether or not a domain is burned.

How fast can I get my inboxes up and running?

We promise a delivery time of under 48 hrs but many of our orders are done just within 2–4 hrs after placing an order.

How many emails do you recommend I send per day per inbox?

For best results 3 emails per inbox (75 inboxes per domain) is what we recommend, but most of our users send 6 emails per inbox per day for maximum sending volume.

What happens if my inbox gets flagged or breaks?

If your inboxes get flagged for spam we offer premium domain swaps, allowing you to swap your current inboxes for new ones without having to buy another subscription or stopping your current sending volume.

How is Peeker different from other inbox providers?

We offer domain level deliverability tracking so you can monitor your inboxes if they are underperforming or not and we offer premium swaps that will be coupled with automated swaps so you don't even have to worry about managing your infra anymore.

Can I cancel anytime?

There is a required 30 day period for your subscription where we do not allow early cancellations for prorated amounts. As long as you cancel before your renewal then yes you can cancel whenever you like.

Peeker decides to swap an inbox based on the settings/thresholds you create for inboxes. You can preset your triggers (like high bounce rate, low reply rate, and other factors) and the type of automations you’d like to enable within our settings.

It depends on the type of inbox swap you want to use. You can either prewarm inboxes and then swap them in, or sending is rerouted to a healthy inbox, so your campaign keeps running. At most, there’s a brief pause while the swap and warm-up checks complete.

Yes, you can view the details of a swap (signals detected, actions taken, and the inbox that replaced it). With Peeker’s paid plans, you can swap domains based on triggers, such as a low reply rate, or you can reserve the action for manual approval only.

If you decide to keep the infrastructure, it is taken out of rotation, put into a recovery state (cooldown, checks, reconnection/auth verification), and only reintroduced when it’s safe. If you decide to swap and cancel the previously burned infra, it is permanently deleted
